Working with individuals to help them become better versions of themselves, including those who are new(er) professionals is where my passion lies! My name is Rachel and my style is process-oriented; my approach includes working with you, starting where you are on your life’s journey, and assist you with goal-setting to determine where you want to be.

My primary experience is working with adults and older adults who experience difficulties in their day-to-day lives secondary to illnesses or other major life transitions. I also have over five years’ experience working with individuals and their families.

Another passion of mine is providing clinical supervision hours for those who hold their MSW degrees and are looking to pursue clinical licensure. I enjoy helping people maximize their potential!
